I think the time has now come to go a step further. And again, Alexander is pointing in that direction, which is to a radical subsidiary where power is delegated as far down as possible but no further for each class of problems. The bigger question, and I would love to hear everybody's answers to this, is that's a normative model. Can it win against the centralized? And if so, how? What's the competitive advantage of subsidiary versus the Egyptian model or very much in the Chinese model where we'll all come down from the top?"
