James Carville: For every one founder like you, we meet probably three or four founders who are unwilling to give up that control. Did somebody point that out to you? Was that self-discovery? Like what is it about you that made that possible? And what advice would you give another founder out there who's maybe right now struggling with that dynamic of, I don't want to give up this kind of control? Pat O'Neill: It was probably in my kind of seed and series A round of conversations. Round, I didn't have the team page to point to. That was like a known goal of following this seed round. We need to build out the team.
