We have about 20 different programmes around careers, money, business and psychology. And i love it, because either our material works and you get the results we promise, or you ask us fr a refund and we don't put food on our tables. This year we're coming out with a new programme, because we've learned it's not enough to sit behind your computer or your phone and consume content. A lot of people want to be in the room with other people. So that's something that we're going to be doing this year. I think bu fom courses with the community building aspect, and continually to add to that. There are huge opportunities with learning distributed all over the world

- It's practical... Going from zero to 1 is very hard: Start this part while you have a job and don't need the money from your new endeavor
The psychology of pricing: There is a profound difference in customers who get it for free vs. those who pay for it
- You need to create "skin in the game." People value it more if they have a financial stake in it.

The power of mentors: They can be massively helpful, but you need to do the work to be a valuable mentee. Show up to your meetings prepared and with a purpose. Don't wander through life.
