You can start at the top of the business unit and as long as you have reasonably collaborative leadership in that business unit, you can say, okay, what are the spreadsheets you see every day? All right. And eventually you walk your way back down that, that org chart to the people who made the spreadsheets. People like this tend to have a lot of curiosity.
