The Complexity of Value
In economic terms, value is quantitative. You can measure it. The experience for us as designers is a tool. And the effect and the outcome and the impact can be vastly different things. So in order to make holistic decisions, you have to create a representation that makes that translation between the users or the persons or the human's qualitative experience to quantitative data.
