Is There a Difference Between Fat and Mitochondria?
When people have a lot of fat in their foods right immediately after that meal, before you even put down your ork, the fat from those foods is entering your muscle cells. Mitochondria are the tiny little organels that turn fuel into energy. The more fat that goes into the cells, the slower the mitochondria work. So let's say i'm 50 years old, 60 years old, 70 years old, and my burn is not really so great. I want to get the fat out of myself so that my mito condria cant bounce back. And the way to do that is to getting the fat off your plate again.
