I think evolutionary psychology and universal explainer are incompatible concepts. I view this as just being a byproduct of the fact that we were crafted by evolution. It would be very surprising if our brains weren't affected by this process. But there is a difference between Einstein's processing speed and my processing speed, how quickly we would have solved those problems. We could have also come up with general relativity, maybe, um, if I had like been interested in that problem.
