You can become a style expert in training other people, but you can also become what we call a key opinion leader. So your style advisors have their own Instagram pages and have built their own followings. They're built their own following. We work with them to create content. We train them on how to do this. And that leads into the one path which is at the end in a CO and the other path leads into a brand director position as, you know, in the top of the pyramid almost.
