How Does the Google API Work?

I just get the Google API and I just send everything, all the screenshots, all the descriptions, all the title, all the icons, everything basically to the place. So this is a full HTML page. How do you do the phone on the outside though? So the phone is just an HTML thing or what? And the phone isjust a, yeah. No, it's also a phone there. If there's a frame, the PNG here, yeah, and it's just a PNG frame, which I just I'll top it. But you can see, oh, there's no frame anymore.So how did you get a frame though?
