The Wall of Debt Maturities in the Office Rates

There's a tweet storm by RXR CEO Scott Rechler. He cited this fact that there are 1.5 trillion of CRE debt maturities coming due over the next three years alone. This maturing debt will have to be replaced with much more expensive debt. And so you have the situation where occupancies are down, which leads to values down rates are up and values down even further.
