Is It Not the Right Fit for You?
Fot: It's about trusting each other. If i'm leaving on vacation now for three or four weeks, would I trust this person to take the right decisions? Because i have the feeling that we are taking de ons on basis of the same criteria. The third thing that is my signal for some one who's not a fit was sometimes we explain it, and they were able to translate it without any further explanation. That's a really good sign, because then you have high cultural fit. And once i realize we're in this energy draining mods, this is a sign for ok, that's not working.
