The Mermaid Parade

Coney Island USA, the nonprofit that runs this parade, founded it with the goal to let artistic New Yorkers find self-expression. You can show up to the mermaid parade, pretty much however you want. This guy is naked on a unicycle here. He's almost right. Sometimes people just don't really wear clothes at all.
