The Art of Celebration

If you're going to set high expectations and you want people to continue to reach for those expectations, you need to stop and celebrate every now and then. Let them know that you see they're making progress. Membership and responsibility is key. And so the more that we can work on defining reality and then communicating and setting expectations in alignment with team member, the smaller that disappointment gap will be.
