What Happens if You Change the System?

Until World War I, nations couldn't have like enforce borders the way they existed before that. But governments were 5, 6% of the GDP and taxes were around 5 to 10% of your totally early income. After WWI, all these countries left this gold standard and figure out as long as everyone does it, it actually works. So border sort of disintegrates in its power because of that. Same thing happens with prison populations. Same things happens in our part of the world where you have really shitty hospitals, but they're free. And then you have an educational system that tells you that they're the best hospital in the world at the same time. It's a very European thing
