Doing Too Much Can Make You a Slacker

When you find yourself not able to get everything done, it usually isn't that you are a slacker. What's really going on is that you are trying to do too much. Doing more can actually be pretty harmful sometimes. By doing more, you've actually set yourself back. A good range to aim for is about 60 to 80%. If we're running at higher capacity, then we're risking burnout. We tend to view ourselves as putting out one fire after another throughout the day. And so i imagine a lot of us are now asking, how do i measure my capacity? Well, this is one of those cases where we aren't going to have any real solid numbers.
