Is It a Matter of Chance?

i like the definition of luck as something that involves chance. There might be some chancy things that aren't really lucky because they don't matter. I think that's probably part of most accounts of luckyeand so in relation to free will, this is one of the main objections to libertarianism. Whether or not we are deserving of praise or blame depends on the choice that we make.
