A lot of the things that you write about in the book is how to take advantage or sidestep the ways in which the brain works. Or like biases or just like the routes that the brain prefers to go down and how to avoid having those create a drain on resources, frustration or confusion. Except where you want to, I guess, for every rule there's a few exceptions. And what other types of brain characteristics or different aspects of psychology show up in the book along those lines? It's a lot about cognitive psychology, so how mental processes are working.
