There's something going on which i haven't quite understood, but i have some insight into as to why people want it to be perfect in a few places. There's also a fundamental belief in thed a community that fixing one hurdle doesn't work,. That people need as a hurdleago snandalick. So i guess i moved out of domestic policy ande into development, and i think that was a good move. I'm not saying it's right for every one, but i think the amount of impact can have in development is really big. And maybe just those kinds of things just don't work.
