Search Funds: How I Learned About It
Zoom co-founder and COO of Zoom, John Defterios first heard about Search Funds in 2006 or 2007 when he was doing his bachelor degree. It took him six months to find a partner to do it with me for a couple of reasons I didn't want to do it on my own. He did some studying in the hospitality space at a very popular school nearby where he's living near Geneva. And you worked in that space a little bit where I was living pre acquisition. So both of us actually were a bit untypical or atypical as partners.
