After I left, I had way more empathy for how incredible it is to grow that thing. You're kind of hiring people who aren't those people like you are right? You need them to be big, big company people. And that comes with like expertise of being able to manage it all. But and also the negative side of like playing the politics and, you know, like we basically like we're the ones who convinced them to do this thing. That was one of the moments I was like, Oh, I can't do this long term.
