Design Certification

In some countries you cannot call yourself an architect if you have not gone through that process. In the United States, it varies from state to state. I would worry about certification is intention to our ability to push boundaries in some way. You want to certify things to keep people within boundaries so that you don't do the horrible things. Or limit the boundary pushing.
