Are You Executing in Shorter Sprints?

The way base camp describes this is that you create pitches, not tasks. A pitch is basically a problem and a solution that you have in they call it a fat marker sketch. It's meant to say, we know what our goals are to deliver asa team. How can we best organize ourselves to get that done? This helps account for people who go on maternity leave, in vacation, or are sick. And when some one gets tired of something ad they'd rather some one else work on it. So within that eight weeks cycle, it's basically six weeks of work, and two weeks have cool down.
