So it's a frozen conflict in this sense that there's a stale made o. No one side has prevailed. Thos separatists have not been defeated and those territories have been taken over by the ucranian regime  in kive. Neither has moscow given these separatists complete uno support overit support. It remains a conflict that's frozen.
