Women Under 30 in the United States
Women under about 30 in the U.S. tend to use exclamatory particles when they're excited or trying to underline a point, putting up at the end of things. And I would really guess that in a few decades, men will be doing it too. You can't know, but you can certainly know that if we could listen to people 50 years from now, they'd sound odd. Something new will have started by then. Imagine how we would sound to them if they could hear us.
