The Importance of Partnership Agreements in General Practice
The partnership deed should be one of the things that new partners look at when they come in straight away. It's actually really hard to spot if you're not a lawyer, but tiny little words make a massive difference. GPs are quite happy to invest in their premises and grow their premises space if it can be made a lot easier for them. The problem is no one seems to have any money in commissioning world to actually support this.
