The cod of pandemic has really taken the scales off people's eyes. The old fashioned way of working is dead for a long time. It's just many managers haven't realized it. Management tends to be reactive rather than pro active. So they're going to have to to accommodate it. A lot of things are happening now, all these shortages of everything. We haven't got any truck drivers in britain. And i was talking to a colleague in the d c. Area who said, we haven'tGot any goods because there's nobody to unload them at the docks. They’re all these ships full of goods hanging around in the sea waiting to be unloaded.
