The Gated Institutional Narrative

The only people that matter are the people who the power listened to. If nobody in the Biden administration knows my name, which I guarantee you 99% of them don't, then who cares? I have no impact. What they think is the only thing that matters. And every once in a while, you can penetrate the gin. This is what happens when outsiders who don't pay attention to DC running the DC. It's more of a decent and a different record. People will listen to it. But on policy, no, I don't think it, I don’t think it really matters at all.
