I was merely sakeny 20 hours a week. And when you did that sort of volume, along with running and swimming a loweston, at varia of low intensity os, it's hard to be like, a lot of strength work. So inside that 15 or 16 hours a week you were doing riding on the bike. I think treingwas the biggest difference,. which i think is marcefully important towards the later stages of an iroman.
