And what if you don't produce any income, doesn't just go up with inflation, which i guess means he's geting ten % return scor winter, winter. Ye. I like how he uses this as an acid allocation, and that's is in his mind. Anyway, at expense, there's some incormental expense, like you mentions about taxes and upkeep and that sort of thing
