Trump's supporters are drawing on these sort of anti-system claims in the context of his recent indictment so we're recording this on April 10th Trump has just been been indicted and it's like this new opportunity for victimhood. I think that sense of grievance combined with continued at the national and racial ethnic exclusion will be a really core ingredient ingredient of his appeal in the upcoming election. We've seen in past research that those who are running for the first time who had never occupied political office are the most likely to rely on populist claims.
