The New Deals, the New Elites, and How They Come Into Being

I'm very interested in the cycle of kind of elites becoming elite classes. And then either cutting deals, or failing to cut dealsh with new incoming alids. So there's all kinds of things we could say in sort of how the new elids come up into being. That's, of course, of practical interest to anyone with ambition to day. But also, you know, guidance on how these things are to be done properly,. if there is sort of a proper way to do it.
