"It's about constantly asking yourself what's really important, and then getting rid of the rest," he says. "When i realize that one value has a higher priority than anothervalue, i have to ask myself if i'm living accordingly." He asks himself: 'Is my phone actually more important to me than my kid? Was I lying about what i said?' If not, why are my actions not in line with my beliefs? And so theni dall dou some day dreaming or journalling, or whatever you one i call it, and i'll figure out how how it would look if my actions were in line with his beliefs.
