i completely agree. Have, have you experimented with cold exposure? That's been a rabbit hole i've been going down a bit and gotten a lot out of it. You know, for some reason it seems to be something that guys do more than women. For ithers a big sexual dycodomy on who does that? Women ore not in jumping in the cold bath. There's some that do that, u i think that's more of a, maybe a guy thing for some reason.
