opium production in India has ramped up so much that the prices are brought bottom then things like that they're like economic forces at play also there is growing international consensus that that the drug trade is immoral. In 1906-1907 you get this kind of political diplomatic treaties where the British are say that okay we're going to stop sending opium to china the Chinese are like you know so there's an agreement that within 10 years or so all opium import will stop and things like that. So eventually it is it is first of all the drug not being as profitable anymore like as a trade good like other things become more important so there is less you know a treasure than before.
