How to Reduce Accidents From Drivers Looking at Their Phones
I would say the default or you cannot turn it off would be the best possible outcome to reduce accidents from people looking at their phones. Most, I think most crashes are linked to some forward distraction. So there's lots of sensors. It's not just one thing. Well, we see so many people when we're on the road. We see so many drivers looking at the phone. It's quite obvious that's what they're doing. They're not paying attention to the road at all. And so I imagine if you were able to turn this feature off, those people would probably turn it off.
