There's so much data people can collect. Moving that into how to personalize it at scale is a challenge. You need the right software to do that. I actually get a survey while I was in Asia with an organization called the Restroom Association of Singapore. The government funds them and I stumbled on their website and I saw that they had a terrible survey. It just seems hard to do at scale.
