Is Every Teacher a Coach?

Every teacher at South Bank was a coach, and also you made time for that feedback by kind of co-opting time from whole staff meetings. I've always been of the mind that I want everyone to have the experience of having a coach. For schools that want to move teaching on really, really quickly, like obviously the more expert the coach is, the faster they'll be able to do that.
