Is the Pain of a Frozen Shoulder Really a Problem?

Is it really that you do need to focus on pain and range of motion, or are you focussed on other aspects of the person's function? We have taken it upon ourselves to think that it portant to increased range of movement. And but am not in any way convinced at all that that's what's important for patients. The fact they've got a 30 degrees of a movement is probably very insignificant. But i believe that, like most things, when the patient is not thinking about that problem any more, it's no longer a problem for them. Some combination of patient reported functional improvement, what they're not able to do, impairment, for my records. Not focusing on impairment
