How to Increase Fiber Into Your Diet
Fiber is so important for, you know, our gut health, our gut microbiome. It's shown to reduce the risk of colon cancer and so many other health benefits of increasing fiber. I guess just trying to make some very simple swaps within your family's meal plan would help to increase that fiber. And maybe switching up the grains that you're using even so incorporate things like quinoa, oats, bulga wheat into your diet as well.
