I'm just like working out a lot less. I still do breathwork, heat cold on a regular basis. But for me, it's that coming together with my sons at the end of the day and being able to stack all these extra things on top of it is great. So usually like 6 p.m., me and my sons are in the sauna. It's 20 to 30 minutes of breathwork. Well, we're sweating our eyeballs out and we all march out to the cold pool. We'll throw in like pushups, kettlebells, a few other things before we come in for dinner.
