Is the Russian Military Going Nuclear?

The risk of Russian nuclear use in this war isn't particularly high, but you can certainly see a contingency where that first condition would be met. At the end of the day, hate to say it, it comes down to one person. And however you imagine that person to be, that's your percentage likelihood that he might use nuclear weapons. I don't live in Putin's head, but I'm just telling you that that's ultimately what it might come down to then.
