The butteco and oxygen advantage protocol is that I interweave this into my training. So for a lot of people, once they learn resonant, resonant frequency breathing, then one of the things that I'll actually have them do is I'll have them integrate kind of light breathing, but do it on the resonance within the resonance rate. We're going to get more vagal stimulation at the dorsal parts of our lungs when we breathe lightly. Doesn't necessarily mean we're going to initiate vagal tone. There's a chance and opportunity for that, but that's going to give us the best opportunity.
