How Do You Train?

I train two times a day, maybe sometimes three. I'll do two gym sessions a week which focuses a lot on strength biomechanics and eccentric loading for the down run. And then my frustrating sessions, I will swim or bark as the third session for the day. Those are all just easy recovery sessions. Enjoyable.
