i find orban hugely confusing political figure. He is trying to sort of play both ends against the middle, and trying to keep most of his options open. i think that you can't sort of look at the political issue in hungary without thinking hard about hungary's national identity. It's really anomalous now that you should be looking at a country which had this truly difficult relationship with the soviet union.
