Cornish: Some want to get rid of the debt ceiling; others say it's a symbol of U.S. dysfunction. He says neither side is happy with this deal, particularly the extremes on either side. Cornish: Like many of my colleagues, I think it was a bad idea to negotiate under threat of default.
