The Importance of Vision
I would say that of all the people who work with me at O'Shaughnessy Ventures, I have maybe met a third of them in real life. The head of my infinite media's vertical is Liberty on Twitter and literally I followed him for years and years on his newsletter. We are very simpatico. And part of the thesis for the new company has been that good taste for lack of a better word leads to good curation leads to finding the people who love that kind of stuff. But it certainly did not stop me from hiring a bunch of people just on the work of their work and the way that we synced up.
