i think it's important to acknowledge that real estate is a sensitive topic. The reason why is because there actually is a real affordability crisis happening in second home markets. So i get why people are frustrated about housing, but you're correct that the way that we help to address some of this ... We either build more homes, or we make better use of existing supply. It's just basic economics, right? Supply and demand.
