On December the 6th the last ever 747 rolled off Boeing's production line. Only 3747 have been ordered over the past five years and they've all gone to cargo firms who run cargo operations. No passenger planes since one was sold to Korean Airlines in 2017. For those who associate this plane with aviation's heyday it feels like the end of an era.
