The challenge is now the geopolitical conflicts that we're seeing and we're seeing a lot of people suffering. What I've seen is unfolding situation in Iran where women's rights are under huge pressure. Leaders have to secure more cooperation globally and also domestically. And leaders also have to come together and continue to trade and invest in other countries, but also domestically.
