In America, there's one big metric that really matters, which is money. But my measure of success is not money, right? And if you actually start ranking people based on their net worth or income, it doesn't bother me at all because that's not the way I think about where my impact should be. We can all have kind of space in the world that maybe is not captured by the big metrics but it's still very valuable.
